A Map of the Area
6.95° West, 55.05° North
For those with a weakness in (rather than for)
geography: You are looking at a map of Northern Ireland.
As you can see, Limavady is not far away from Lough Foyle and the Atlantic Ocean. The town is surrounded by green countryside though the map overdoes this aspect, in my humble opinion. Eglinton airport is quite close, but I have left it off the map because the planes are quite noisy and I don't want to be accused of helping to make the racket worse than it is already.
The River Roe flows past the town and the foothills of the Sperrin mountains only leave the sea as an easy exit. Noble Benevenagh dominates the view from the north.
